Oh hey there, I’m Rebecca – a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a self-confessed wellness enthusiast. I’m passionate about holistic healing, self-love and overall balanced living. I created this space to share my experience, knowledge and love for nutrition, healing and life.
My purpose is to authentically share my experiences to inspire & help women to heal their relationship with food and their bodies. My role is to empower women to feel free – free from food, free from pain and free from unhealthy self-talk.

As women, many of us have or have had an unhealthy relationship with food, our bodies (and sometimes even our lives). But…I don’t believe that this is the way it needs to be.
I work one-on-one with clients to heal their relationships with food and their bodies. I specialize in helping women achieve food freedom, navigate & manage food sensitivities and ensure adequate nutrition on a whole foods, plant-based diet.
What is health coaching? Holistic Health Coaches (like me) are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support + guidance as you set your goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. In my practice, I focus on simplicity, sustainability and listening to what is truly best for each unique individual.
I received my training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I studied more than 100 dietary theories and learned practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge (and my own personal health journey), I will help you create a life that you are obsessed with! I work with women to develop personalized plans that suit each individuals unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. We talk nutrition, lifestyle, goals, and get to the root of what’s holding you back.
I have been where you are! I have experienced what its like to struggle with food sensitivities, feel overwhelmed with dietary guidelines (and let’s face it, the ever-changing fad diets), and to dislike my body + the way food made me feel, physically and emotionally. I’ve been there and let me tell you, you can break through your barriers + feel great everyday!

I believe that overall health is an expression of the food we eat, the lifestyles we lead and the thoughts we think.
In order to truly heal and grow, we need to look beyond food. Nutrition and food are a BIG part of a healthy lifestyle, but the body CANNOT be healed with food alone (I have learned this the harder way).
With this blog and my coaching practice, I aim to create a space where we, as a community, can make peace with our food, our bodies and our thoughts. I hope that through sharing my experiences, the healthy recipes that I love and connecting with some of you through my coaching programs, you will be inspired to explore the benefits of healthful living in your own life.
